κοδράντης, ου, ὁ (Lat. loanw., ‘quadrans’; also in rabb.; actually one quarter of an ‘as’. Cp. Plut., Cic. 875 [29, 5] τὸ λεπτότατον τοῦ χαλκοῦ νομίσματος κουαδράντην ἐκάλουν [the Romans].
